First in the New Business District
Jerusalem's business arena, the capital of Israel, is reaching new heights, and you are invited to settle at the top. At the western entrance to the city, one of the largest and most significant business districts in Israel is being established, with MAROM TOWER at its forefront. The new business district of Jerusalem spans an area of approximately 300 acres, between the Bridge of Strings in the west, the central bus station in the north, the Binyanei Ha’Uma convention center in the south, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs complex in the east.
The city's entrance district is a meeting point for three light rail lines, connecting the district to all parts of the city.
A major transportation hub, Israel's largest and most advanced, will operate at the city’s entrance with around 280 urban and intercity lines.
Dozens of kilometers of dedicated bike paths are being paved throughout the city, creating a vast network of routes.
The fast train line from Tel Aviv, passing through Ben Gurion Airport, departs from Jerusalem–Yitzhak Navon railway station at the tower's base.
The strategic location of the tower at the city’s entrance allows easy and quick access to major traffic routes.
Just minutes away, you will find countless points of interest - cultural and leisure centers, shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The Perfect Blend
Of Business & Pleasure
Jerusalem’s new business district forms a powerful summit of government institutions, court halls, academia, high-tech and biotech industries, cultural centers, entertainment, and culinary hubs.
The building’s tenants and guests are greeted by an impressive entrance lobby and stylishly designed floor lobbies, using soft colors and natural materials to create a pleasant, green, and healthier work environment. All these elements give the public spaces in the tower a distinctive and impressive look, with a warm and natural sense of space.
